We apologize for not changing the flasks for any reason after using it for tea and coffee

You can check the quality of the flasks using hot water. If the quality is not good, you can contact us

We accept both Master Card & Visa credit cards or Cash On Delivery.
Q. I received a damaged/defected product, can I get a refund?
If you have received a product that is damaged or defected, you can return the item within 3 days from the date you have received it, packed in its original packaging, along with the the invoice or proof of purchase. Once we have received the product, we will inspect it and if it is damaged or defected, we will issue the refund to the same means of payment. This process usually takes 3 to 4 weeks from the date we have received the returned product.
Q. I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
In case you received an item which is wrong, you can get in touch with us either by calling us on +971 (056)5378989 , messaging us on WhatsApp on +971 (06) 5378989 or emailing us on customercare@alamalawane.com and request for a return or an exchange.
Q. Will my VAT be refunded when my products are returned?
For orders that a 5% U.A.E VAT gets applied to, we will refund the 5% U.A.E VAT. However, for international orders, any custom duty, TAX, or VAT paid by customers when receiving the order will not be our responsibility. We only refund the VAT that we charge for orders that VAT gets applied to.
Q. Can I return a product that I haven’t used because I have changed my mind?
Yes, as long as it is less than 3 days from the day you received the order, and it is in its original package you can return the item. Just make sure that you have your invoice or proof of purchase when returning
Q. How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?
For orders placed from the U.A.E, we will try our best to collect them within 3 working days. However, sometime it might take up to 1 week. Also public holidays will impact when the courier will collect your returned items
Q. Can I exchange an item that I have purchased?
For orders placed from the U.A.E, as long as you have not used the product and it has not been more than 14 days from the day you have received your product, you can exchange your purchase.
Q. I have cancelled my order. How will I get refunded for it?
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

- Replacement of the order or product takes place within 14 days from the date you receive the order or product, provided that the product is in its original packaging and free of damage
- Returning the order or the product takes place within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is unused
And in its original packaging, returns are not accepted after 3 days of receiving the Oreder. - 100% refund to the original payment method
